Delivery hours are: Mondays - Saturdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday deliveries subject to Jakarta & Surabaya only.
We provide FREE office hours delivery (9:00am to 6:00pm from Mon to Sat). There will be additional charges for delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
All delivery will be conduct between 9:00am to 6:00pm on the date of delivery. We do not deliver on specifc timing.
Delivery is FREE only for the 1st attempt. Should subsequent delivery is required due to recipient-not-home, additional charges may apply.
FloristIndonesia.com is not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. The sender is to ensure that the recipient (or someone who is able to receive the item on behalf) will be at the location on the date given specified on the order details.
We recommend sender to provide contact number of the recipient so that should there be any delivery problems, the recipient is contactable. We reserved the right to contact the recipient (unless we were instructed not to do so).If there is no phone number provided in the order details, we will attempt to deliver the gift on the specified delivery date. If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, we will bring the gift back to the shop. Additional delivery charges will apply if re-deliver is required. Alternatively, the recipient may have to collect our florist premise.
Orders for same day delivery must be submitted by 12:00pm (Singapore or Jakarta time), after which the delivery will be on the next working day.
Please note that we do not deliver to restricted areas within Indonesia, such as:
- Army Camps
- High Security Areas
- Public Restricted Areas
- Ports & Cargos
- Area where delivery vehicles are not allowed to enter
